Gianfranco (Frank) Tomasi |
Executive Director and Chairman |
Frank has over 40 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. Frank has been the Owner and Director of SCEE since 1978. Prior to SCEE, he worked at Transfield (WA) Pty Ltd from 1968-1978, serving as the National Manager from 1971-1978. Frank holds an Electrical Engineering Certificate (NSW). His major responsibilities within SCEE are in the areas of group management and finance including strategy and overall business development. |
Brian Carman |

Brian commenced work with SCEE in 1981 as a contracts manager and was appointed Managing Director of SCEE from 1988 through to his recent retirement in August 2007. Brian has over 35 years experience in the electrical construction industry having served in senior positions with Mt Newman Mining Company, Soake Electrical and Transel Pty Ltd. His previous responsibilities in SCEE included the overall management of all employees and operational activities, providing strategic direction, and monitoring contract negotiations and financing arrangements. |

over 30 years engineering and construction experience in
John recently served as Australian Chief Executive of Murray & Roberts and was previously a Director and General Manager of Concrete Constructions Group. John has a continuing association with Clough Ltd as a Non-Executive Director and was previously the Deputy Chairman and CEO. |
