Southern Cross Project Scope	Construction E & I installation, pre commissioning and hazardous area compliance of 4 x Field Compression Stations (FCS), 2 x Compression Production Plants (CPP), 4 x Sales Gas Stations & 1 x Water Pumping station. Initial Projects commenced construction in September 2006 with the Final Project completion achieved in November 2009. All FCS, CPP & Sales Gas sites, required extensive hazardous area installations and stringent Quality Assurance procedures including supporting documentation. SCEE is proud to have achieved zero LTI’s during the entire E & I construction. Challenges faced with the mentioned projects were the request for change control
