This enviable record has been achieved by fostering positive communication between management and staff at all levels. Problems that may arise are dealt with expeditiously. The company carries out weekly toolbox meetings to cover safety issues and provide a forum for any grievances which may arise among the workforce.
Client management are kept informed at all times. All new employees have pre-employment checks completed and are inducted on company operations prior to employment commencement.
