SCEE completes verification, testing and pre-commissioning as part of all E&I contracts. We deliver and provide load commissioning assistance to clients where required.

SCEE owns an extensive range of test equipment which provides the capability to complete the vast majority of tests associated with all our projects. This equipment includes the 60kV VLF tester down to the Ductor tester. SCEE maintains well developed inspection and test sheets used by many of our clients for the verification and testing of newly constructed plant.

As part of our construction and completions process, SCEE has developed an in-house completions database onto one centralised system that supports the safe and effective projection completion. SCEEtrak, Southern Cross Electrical Engineering’s completions database, provides a systematic and accurate approach that ensures all construction activities are completed, tested and turned over to our client for practical completion. It provides a high degree of traceability and security of engineering data and standardises testing and inspection across the business. It assigns, mass produces and manages large quantities of test and inspection documents. It produces and identifies scanned documents and updates completion status via bar coding.
