Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Limited ("SCEE Group") operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”) to provide shareholders with the opportunity to reinvest their dividends into additional SCEE Group shares free of brokerage, commissions and other transactions costs.
Subject to the DRP Rules, participation is open to shareholders with registered addresses in Australia and New Zealand. Participation can be full or partial and can be varied or cancelled at any time.
