Great Northern Connect, a joint venture between Laing O’Rourke and BGC Contracting, was engaged by Main Roads WA to deliver the NorthLink Stage 2 project. SCEE Electrical were awarded the contract to supply, install, test and commission all electrical and Intelligent Traffic Systems and associated works for NorthLink WA Stage 2.
