SCEE Electrical were subcontracted for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the electrical component of the upgrade of the existing airfield facilities at RAAF Base Tindal to support the New Air Combat Capability (NACC) being acquired by the Australian Defence Force. The upgrade to existing airfield facilities was to support the aircraft, provide training facilities for the aircraft, a new 75 Squadron headquarters, aircraft maintenance hangars and shelters facilities, storage facilities for ground support equipment and warehouse facilities.
